The operator. Listings connected through the plugin show live availability; all others are "check availability" until the supplier confirms. Even a live listing is not a guarantee until they say yes.
Our team reviewed the supplier's identity, business and asset documents. Those documents are never visible to members. Unverified suppliers can still list, and are shown as such.
Open a dispute from the listing. We contact the guest to confirm the trip and the referral, and pause the listing while it is open. Two confirmed disputes and the account is removed.
